Honor Someone Who’s Made A Difference with a RAY Award

The Rotary Club of Westwood, along with the Westwood Youth & Family Services Department (WY&FS) are in the midst of collecting nominations to honor young individuals in our community who are dedicated to helping others. We are excited to celebrate these young changemakers with the RAY (Recognize-A-Youth) Award. Nominees must demonstrate personal initiative, a commitment to community service, and a strong ethic of caring for others, which are vital to the well-being of our community. The deadline to submit your nomination is March 31, and you can do so by visiting bit.ly/rayaward25.
 
Past recipients have been recognized for their impactful contributions, including tutoring elementary school students, creating social media campaigns to challenge stereotypes, designing and selling bracelets to raise funds for non-profits, and organizing ongoing classic movie screenings and discussions at the Council on Aging.
 
This spring, members of The Rotary Club of Westwood will select the outstanding young recipients from our pool of nominees. Award recipients will be honored at a reception and will receive a certificate of appreciation, along with a small gift courtesy of The Rotary Club of Westwood.
